Ashley Avis
Ashley Avis is a filmmaker, writer, and lifelong equestrian. She wrote and directed Disney’s Black Beauty starring Kate Winslet and Mackenzie Foy, and the Critics Choice–nominated documentary Wild Beauty: Mustang Spirit of the West, which drove national awareness around wild horse roundups and led to the founding of The Wild Beauty Foundation—an organization devoted to advocacy, rescue, and youth education. Ashley’s work has been featured in Time, Rolling Stone, and recognized with a Special Congressional Commendation. She continues to create stories that honor the profound connection between people and the wild.

holly gann bice
Holly Gann Bice is the founder of Bice Policy Group and a bipartisan government affairs strategist with over a decade of experience in Congress and state legislatures. She specializes in appropriations, the Farm Bill, and animal, agricultural, and environmental policy. Known for building unlikely coalitions and delivering results, Holly has led advocacy campaigns for major nonprofits and develops winning strategies across legislation, media, and grassroots engagement. She holds a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School and a B.S. from the University of Florida.

Anna McEntee is Senior Director at Touchdown Strategies, where she leads strategic communications for national advocacy campaigns and high-profile clients, including executives, nonprofit leaders, and public figures. A former Communications Director and Press Secretary on Capitol Hill, Anna brings deep political expertise and media savvy honed during her time at Fox News Channel’s Washington, D.C. bureau. She previously spent more than five years at a leading communications firm in Arlington, advising clients across tech, policy, and entertainment. Anna is a graduate of Georgia State University, where she studied political science and international relations

MELISSA TRITINGER
Melissa Tritinger brings decades of experience in finance and the nonprofit sector, specializing in grant-making, fundraising, and strategic initiatives supporting animal welfare and conservation. Her family adopted two bonded Onaqui Herd wild mustangs—Stargazer and Nora—filmed during Wild Beauty: Mustang Spirit of the West, and their journey from the wild into the domestic world continues to deepen her commitment to America’s wild horses. She is also a founding board member of the Onaqui Catalogue Foundation, a Utah-based nonprofit that documents and catalogs the Onaqui Herd through citizen science and ethical field observation. The organization maintains a free, comprehensive database that supports herd monitoring and transparent, research-informed conservation.

GRACE KUHN
Grace Kuhn is a writer and advocacy campaign strategist with over 15 years of experience leading communications in the environmental space. She has been at the forefront of national campaigns to protect wild horses and public lands, combining strategic messaging, storytelling, and digital media to engage the public and shift perception. With extensive experience in grassroots organizing, content development, and narrative strategy, Grace builds campaigns that transform culture, drive action, and hold power to account.
